Description
Think castles, palaces and magical kingdoms! The cape is made from sparkly soft crushed velours fabric and embellished with eye-catching trimmings. It is fully reversible and the Velcro® neck fastening makes it easy to wear whichever side they choose!
It makes a magical addition to the dressing up box and is the perfect cape for all royal adventures. There are so many exciting fairytale and story book characters to choose from – and even more to conjure up themselves!
- The chocolate side is decorated with gorgeous red and white candycane ribbon, edged with turquoise and red and gold ric rac braid for a luxurious feel!
- The emerald side is trimmed with rows of gorgeous bright polka dot ribbon, and twinkly gold ric rac braid for a touch of sparkle!

Materials & Fit
Our costumes are made from manmade fabrics. This is because natural fibres, such as cotton and linen, will not pass the strict flammability safety standards with which costumes must comply. These standards are there to protect children whilst playing.
Care Guide
WASHING
Where possible, gentle care is best.
- Hand wash in cool water using a mild detergent
- Wash colours separately
- Avoid soaking for long periods
- Do not tumble dry
- Reshape gently while damp and allow to air dry naturally
If you choose to machine wash, use a delicate cycle at a low temperature and place the costume inside a laundry bag.
STAINS AND MARKS
Play can get messy and that’s part of the fun.
- Treat stains as soon as possible
- Dab gently rather than rubbing
- Avoid harsh stain removers or bleach as these can damage fabrics and trims
IRONING
Most costumes will not need ironing if dried carefully.
- If required, use a low heat setting
- Iron on the reverse side
- Avoid direct heat on trims, embellishments or printed areas
STORAGE
To keep costumes looking their best between adventures:
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Hang where possible or fold carefully
- Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading
