Refund policy
RETURNS
Free UK returns.
Items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving them. All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and, if possible, in the original packaging. Another World Costumes reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
Please email us at hello@anotherworldcostumes.com to let us know you wish to return your item.
Please send the item(s), together with your dispatch note marked with the items being returned, back to Another World Costumes, 16 Diana Road, London, E17 5LF, via Royal Mail 2nd class Signed for. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed once we have received it. Please retain the receipt and proof of postage when returning a parcel to enable us to refund the returns postal charges incurred.
In case of dispute, please retain proof of sending. We cannot be responsible for items that fail to reach us.
If you return your entire order for a refund (or notify us of your intention to return it by emailing contact hello@anotherworldcostumes.com within 14 days of receiving it), we will also refund the postage. For more information on your right to cancel, please see the Cancellation Right – Cooling Off Period section in our Terms and Conditions.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
We are required to inform you that you have a legal right to return faulty or mis-described products and receive a full refund. Items are faulty if they are received damaged. If an item is faulty please contact us at hello@anotherworldcostumes.com .
REFUNDS
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that original delivery charges will not be refunded. On receipt of return, we shall process the refund within 14 days.
You may cancel your entire order within 14 days of receiving it by notifying us of your intention to cancel. You can do this by emailing hello@anotherworldcostumes.com. For cancelled orders we will refund you in full, including the standard delivery charge.
