UK Postage £4.00 plus £1 for each additional item. UK includes: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands.
3-4 working days via Royal Mail 2nd class Signed for or Parcelforce (Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days).
A signature will be required upon delivery of your order.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
When your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmatory email.
Please note that large orders may arrive in separate parcels.
Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We cannot accept liability for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery or for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Another World, and transfer of responsibility in the same way. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location from the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. We will endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays outside of our control such as adverse weather conditions.
Should an item go missing or get damaged whilst in transit you will receive a refund or a replacement. This will be after contacting Royal Mail and after we have confirmed it has not been delivered. (Royal Mail usually considers an item to be lost after 10 days from the delivery due date)
We are also not responsible for any items where the delivery was attempted but unsuccessful. Delivery must be rearranged or items must be collected as per your delivery service instructions. It is recommended this is done asap as items will be returned to us if no attempt is made. Any further re-delivery from us will be at your own cost.
Likewise, if an item is returned to us and no contact is made to rearrange dispatch we will not be responsible for providing a refund. Items can be resent but only once additional postage costs have been paid. We will contact you directly should an item be returned without us hearing from you first but if we receive no response in a reasonable amount of time we will not be responsible for the items getting back to you.
Free UK returns.
Items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving them. All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and, if possible, in the original packaging. Another World reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you wish to return your item.
Please send the item(s), together with your dispatch note marked with the items being returned, back to Another World, 16 Diana Road, London, E17 5LF, via Royal Mail 2nd class Signed for. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed once we have received it. Please retain the receipt and proof of postage when returning a parcel to enable us to refund the returns postal charges incurred.
In case of dispute, please retain proof of sending. We cannot be responsible for items that fail to reach us.
If you return your entire order for a refund (or notify us of your intention to return it by emailing contact email@example.com or telephoning us on 07894 105134 within 14 days of receiving it), we will also refund the postage. We are required to inform you that you have a legal right to return faulty or mis-described products and receive a full refund. Items are faulty if they are received damaged. If an item is faulty please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 07894 105134.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that original delivery charges will not be refunded. On receipt of return, we shall process the refund within 14 days.
You may cancel your entire order within 14 days of receiving it by notifying us of your intention to cancel. You can do this by emailing email@example.com or by telephoning 07894 105134. For cancelled orders we will refund you in full, including the standard delivery charge.
