Create a lovely summery feel for your party or special occasion with this free summertime party bunting download.
It's perfect for decorating a party table, wall, doorway or hanging on trees for a special occasion outdoors.
DOWNLOAD SUMMERTIME PARTY BUNTING
You will need:
- printer
- 5 sheets of A4 lightweight card or paper
- scissors
- colouring pens, pencils or crayons
- sticky tape or glue
- 2.8 metre-length ribbon or string (the garland itself will measure 2.2 metres with just over 30 cms excess ribbon/string on either side)
How to make:
- Print out the summertime bunting download.
- Colour in the pennants and cut them out.
- Attach the back of each pennant to the ribbon/string by folding the pennant tab over the string and gluing/taping down at the back. Space each pennant about 2.5 centimetres apart.
TIP: Fold the ribbon/string in half and stick the shape you want in the centre of your bunting there first. I put the sun pennant in the centre. Sticking the shapes from the centre and working outwards is much easier!
- The garland spells PARTY TIME! I put the smiley face/strawberry pennants at each end and the sun pennant in the middle. There are also 2 blank pennants for you to decorate with your own designs if you choose.
Hang up your garland and have a fun time - hopefully enjoying some sunshine!
